Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed via email or receipt of a booking confirmation.

Payment Policy: Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is at 2pm. Late check-ins must be communicated in advance. Check-out time is at 10am. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied as necessary.

Additional Guests: The number of guests per booking is limited to 2. Additional guests may require prior approval and could incur extra charges.

Force Majeure: Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events.

Privacy: Personal information collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for reservation purposes.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal means as governed by applicable laws.

Amendments to Terms: Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to guests.
